Our fenced property is monitored 24 hours with a security system to ensure a protected facility for both our equipment and our customer’s products.
Ball Service Group is proud of our committed staff, some of whom have been with the company long-term.
Many of our project managers and manufacturing team have over 25 years in the steel fabricating business. Although we acknowledge the significance of this experience, we also know the importance of teaching and training younger personnel. Therefore, we work diligently with our orientation and training process. As well, when the opportunity arises, we participate with co-op education programs at both the high school and post-secondary levels.
BSG makes an ongoing effort to maintain all staff training, both procedurally by keeping the CWB and AWS certifications up-to-date, and also with upholding our health and safety program.
We value our staff and appreciate their diligence. Our superior product is the result of everyone’s dedication.
