Our modular fixtures allow us to rapidly mount and batch parts in our CNC machines resulting in reduced costs and shorter turn around times.
Our fixtures are adaptable to fit a wide variety of geometries in various quantities depending on part size.
For complex geometries or parts requiring a larger envelope, we can develop custom fixtures as needed.

Our 5-axis CNC has an automated pallet changer with 10 pallets.

Do you offer CNC or Manual Milling?
BSG offers both CNC and Manual Milling services. Both Manual and CNC Milling have their respective advantages and disadvantages, depending on the size and type of project. When you contact us to start working on your project, we’ll consider your needs and budget to determine which is right for you.
Do you take one-off orders?
Yes. We take on single-part jobs as well as low-volume production runs. There's no minimum order quantity.
