Modular Fixtures
Our modular fixtures allow us to rapidly mount and batch parts in our CNC machines resulting in reduced costs and shorter turn around times.
Our fixtures are adaptable to fit a wide variety of geometries in various quantities depending on part size.
For complex geometries or parts requiring a larger envelope we can develop custom fixtures as needed.
Automation
Our 5-axis CNC has an automated pallet changer with 10 pallets.
Combined with automated tool changes, we are equipped for overnight production runs
